How to publish your site
In your FTP program as a hostname enter your domain or IP:
IP: (18.104.22.168) Domain: (johnriccobooks.com)
(Use IP if your domain is not work yet.)

(attributes of scripts must be 755)
.../public_html/ place for your html, images,
php scripts ....
(attributes of the files must be 644)
Other directories are not necessary for you.
How to check your email
1. POP3/SMTP/IMAP Email
SMTP is Authenticated. Make sure you set your mail client for SMTP Authentication.
Access to your Mail by WebMail:
(you can use your FTP login/password or you can create email account
in control panel and to use created login/password)
